About This Project
A commanding residence clad in dark Kadappa stone and charcoal-finished metal, The Obsidian House makes a deliberate statement of restraint. The monochromatic exterior gives way to warm timber and textured plaster interiors, creating a journey from public formality to private warmth. The plan wraps around a central water court that brings reflected light deep into the house.
